1juta Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

User Consent

By accessing, registering, or using the 1juta platform via https://1juta.net, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all guidelines published from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

The 1juta platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing such a platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of 1juta services, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one (1) active account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or platform systems may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 1juta will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals or to meet internal compliance requirements. Requested documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in temporary restrictions on certain account functions.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 1juta platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access, interfere with, or manipulate the platform without prior written consent.
• Engaging in any action intended to defraud the platform, other users, or to unlawfully exploit the promotions or bonus system.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another individual, including family members.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Distributing offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes on any party's rights, through in-platform communication channels.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and, where necessary, further legal action.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 1juta platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include local internet banking transfers, e-wallets, and other payment options displayed on the platform from time to time.

Deposits cannot be reversed once processed. Withdrawals are subject to completed identity verification and the processing timeframes stated on the platform. 1juta reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms.

All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and the specific terms stated in each respective offer. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited. 1juta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 1juta support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Complaints received after this period may not be processed.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

1juta provides the platform on an "as-is" basis, without any ongoing guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control that could temporarily affect access. 1juta will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the inability to access the platform.

Under the following circumstances, 1juta reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice:

• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence of fraud, system abuse, or a material breach of these terms.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.

Any valid account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete and subject to the required verification process, unless the balance is linked to activity that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 1juta platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1juta or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The 1juta platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 1juta endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Users visit third-party websites at their own risk.

1juta reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1juta platform must first be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process before being referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
